EULA - End User License Agreement

SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR THE SHAREWARE VERSION OF CELLFIGHTER SCREENSAVER 1.2

1. All copyrights to CellFighter ScreenSaver are exclusively owned by the developer - Sergey Ya. Startsev.

2. CellFighter ScreenSaver is distributed as shareware (try-before-you-buy software). The program may be used with the purpose of test and evaluation only. For any other use, you MUST purchase a license from the developer (i.e., register this program). Support services and the fully functional mode of CellFighter ScreenSaver are available only after your registration of this program. The registration procedure is described in the help file delivered with CellFighter ScreenSaver.

3. Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use CellFighter ScreenSaver on one computer.

4. The unregistered shareware version of CellFighter ScreenSaver may be freely distributed in the form of the original distribution package without modifications of any kind. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of CellFighter ScreenSaver without written permission from the copyright holder.

5. You may not imitate, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or modify this software in any way. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

6. Installing and using CellFighter ScreenSaver signify acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove CellFighter ScreenSaver files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.

DISCLAIMER: The author of this program accepts no responsibility for damages resulting from the use of this software and makes no warranty, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. This software is provided as it is, and you, its user, assume all risks when using it.
